What is breathwork?
Breathwork is a self-healing practice that involves a guided meditation with an active 2-part breath that allows us to move and clear stuck emotions. By intentionally focusing on the breath and inviting in more oxygen into the body we bypass our everyday thinking brain and allow stuck energy to stir and release. This enables us to tap into the core of who we are and what we are capable of. This is not a restful or still practice; it is dynamic and can take us on a wild journey into forgotten bits of ourselves, opening us up to greater clarity, release, and peace of mind.

Full moons shine light on places within ourselves that we need to shift and places within ourselves that we need to embrace. They are an opportunity for deeper growth and healing. Why not use this beautiful energy to tap into the power of self-reflection, community and the breath?
